ERA-Can+ partners to hold webinar

The Canadian partners of ERA-Can+ are to hold a webinar to inform European and Canadian entrepreneurs and SMEs about the project and Horizon 2020.

Canada’s Public Policy Forum and Universities Canada will host the webinar, which will also highlight the services and research and commercial opportunities offered by the Enterprise Europe and Enterprise Canada networks.

The Enterprise Europe Network is a key instrument of the EU’s strategy to boost growth and jobs, helping small companies seize the unparalleled business opportunities in the Single Market.

Enterprise Canada Network meanwhile was launched in 2014 by Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters and Export Development Canada to help connect Canadian companies to international partners seeking matching products and services.

Speakers include Isabelle Couture, project lead at Canada’s Public Policy Forum, who will provide an overview of ERA-Can+ and Horizon 2020, and Philip Turi, general counsel and director of global business services at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, who will discuss the opportunities for European and Canadian entrepreneurs and SMEs.

The webinar will begin at 3:00pm CET and conclude at 4.30pm CET on Wednesday 13 January.
