‘Space Tour’ to include major European cities

A number of events are being organised to provide Space researchers’ information on Horizon 2020

A series of workshops, known as ‘Countdown to Horizon 2020 Space Tour’, will provide information on Galileo, Copernicus and Space technology, in addition to encouraging international co-operation and the participation of SMEs in Horizon 2020. The events will also help facilitate networking opportunities between researchers.

So far, events have taken place in Vilnius in Lithuania (the current chair of the European Council Presidency), Bremen, Sofia and Warsaw. Further seminars are set to take place in Toulouse, London, Rome, Brussels, Athens and finally Moscow over the next four months. The events are being organised with a number of local partners.

‘The Tour’ is being organised by COSMOS, the European network of Space National Contact Points; further information on can be found here.
