Infoday on EURATOM calls

EURATOM in Horizon 2020: infoday on 2020 calls will be held on 18 December 2013 and will focus on research in nuclear energy.

The event is organised by the Agency for the Promotion of European Research (APRE) on behalf of the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) and will be held in Rome.

The event aims to present financing opportunities in the EURATOM research field on nuclear energy, under the new European Union framework programme for research and innovation Horizon 2020, to the Italian scientific and industrial fields.

Topics to be discussed during the day include characteristics of the future EURATOM programme under Horizon 2020, research topics for nuclear fission and fusion in 2014-2015, rules for participation to the programme, and main novelties of technological platforms.
